We are seeking a skilled MDM Developer proficient in Reltio/informatica to join our dynamic team.
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Master Data Management (MDM) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing MDM solutions, specifically using Reltio and Informatica platforms.The MDM Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Master Data Management solutions using Informatica’s Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) or Reltio Hub. Your technical expertise and ability to understand and translate client needs into effective data management solutions will be critical to our success in delivering high-quality consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities:
• MDM Development:
◦ Design, develop, and maintain MDM solutions using Reltio and Informatica platforms
◦ Design, configure, and optimize MDM data models, workflows, and integrations to meet client requirements.
◦ Implement data quality rules, match and merge rules, and survivorship rules.
◦ Assist clients with the deployment and ongoing management of MDM solutions, including training and support.
• Data Integration:
◦ Develop and maintain data integration processes between data sources and other enterprise systems.
◦ Develop ETL processes using Informatica tools to load and synchronize data.
• Data Governance:
◦ Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across client systems by implementing robust data validation and cleansing processes.
◦ Conduct data profiling, data cleansing, and data enrichment activities.
• Performance Optimization:
◦ Optimize MDM processes for performance and scalability.
◦ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MDM solutions, addressing issues and implementing improvements as needed.
• Collaboration:
◦ Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
◦ Work hand in hand with the MDM architect to develop the MDM model and implement the same in the platform of choice.
◦ Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Documentation and Reporting:
◦ Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for MDM solutions, including data models, process flows, and configuration settings.
◦ Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into MDM processes and data quality.
• Continuous Learning
◦ Stay current with advancements in MDM technologies and best practices, particularly with Reltio and Informatica platforms.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing MDM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Reltio and Informatica MDM platforms.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data quality management.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data migration and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in Reltio or Informatica MDM platforms.
• Experience in the consulting industry, working directly with clients to deliver tailored solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data management solutions and architectures(e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)..
